Three Days. A Profound Shift.

RECONNECT WITH YOUR INNER COMPASS:

Cut through the noise and find clarity on what matters to you, what you truly want, and what your next chapter is asking of you.

RECALIBRATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM:

Through breathwork, somatic practices, and immersion in nature, your body remembers what it feels like to truly rest and restore itself.

FIND THE BALANCE BETWEEN “DOING” & “BEING”:

Truly inhabit your life — with presence, intention, and a groundedness that makes everything you do more powerful.

What Women Are Saying:

HARVARD LOGIC MEETS SOMATIC SOUL:

A message from the founders about the philosophy behind the The Catalyst, a signature sequence that bridges analytical coaching with somatic intelligence

WELCOME THE WOMAN WHO WILL CARRY YOU FORWARD:

Hear from women within our Catalyst community about the impact of stepping into an experience designed for deep transformation.

*Company Sponsorship: Catalyst Programs frequently qualify for company professional development and L&D budgets. See FAQ below.

The Arc Of Our Weekend Together:

The arc of our weekend together. Connect. Claim. Calibrate

Connect: We start our journey together by identifying the patterns that protected you in the past, but no longer serve you, and discovering the unique strengths ready to re-emerge.

Claim: We then work towards a deeper understanding of who you are today and what truly matters to you through coaching, journaling, and guided inquiry.

Calibrate: As we move toward our final day together, the focus turns to what you want to bring forth in the next chapter of your life - and you leave with real commitments to yourself and a blueprint for what fulfillment looks like going forward.

What You Will Experience…

Our approach strategically combines analytical coaching with somatic practices like holotropic breathwork and sound healing to ignite clarity in the mind and awaken the deep-seated intelligence of the body. This process enables you to release what no longer serves you and deepen your sense of presence.

The Catalyst Retreat is, without question, the best retreat I have ever attended. From the moment I arrived I felt held in a safe, calm, and deeply supportive environment - the programming was expertly paced, each session building beautifully on the last, and the sound bath, yoga, and breathwork were all transformative. The setting was beautiful, the food delicious, and Christine and Monique have created something truly special. A world-class experience in every sense.

FAQ

  • The retreat is located at The Thyme, 564 Under Mountain Rd., Salisbury, CT 06068.

Tucked into 85 acres of Berkshire mountain wilderness on the CT/MA border - just 2.5 hours from NYC and Boston - The Thyme is a soul-filled retreat center built for deep rest, genuine connection, and transformation in nature.

Check-in can occur anytime after 3pm on Friday September 25th and we will have a welcome dinner at 6pm that evening. Our programming will conclude at 12pm on Monday September 28th.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue, but we do help participants connect with one another to coordinate carpools and flights.

  • Every participant has their own individual bed in a bright, spacious room, ensuring personal space and comfort throughout your stay.

We thoughtfully match roommates using a pre-retreat survey that covers routines, preferences, personality types, and sleep habits, creating pairings that feel aligned and easeful.

If you’d like to room with someone you already know, you’re welcome to reserve a double together.

Our shared rooms are designed with intention and care, often becoming a meaningful part of the weekend experience.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, we offer an 80% refund until 60 days prior to the retreat start date. After that point, an 80% refund will only be possible if we are able to fill your spot at the retreat.

  • As we have been building The Catalyst, we've spent a lot of time thinking about the women we most want to serve. We know that this work creates real change, and that naturally led us to sit with a bigger question: where is it most needed?

We are living through a period of profound disruption — deep cuts to public education, fraying social safety nets, and a society that feels increasingly divided. We believe the women doing the hardest, most meaningful work in the world deserve to be deeply resourced.

To that end, we have set aside a number of partially subsidized spots for women who are powerful agents of positive change. If you work within the social impact space and cost would otherwise be a barrier, we invite you reach out to us directly at thecatalystretreat@gmail.com.

  • Your company may already cover this.

The Catalyst Retreat includes executive coaching, peer cohort sessions, and structured topic deep dives — programming that routinely gets approved under L&D, leadership development, and continuing education budgets. Many participants have secured full or partial company funding.

    • Professional development funds

    • L&D or leadership coaching budgets

    • Conference or training allowances

    • Continuing education stipends

When making the case to your manager or HR, the strongest requests connect the retreat directly to your current growth goals, performance plan, or an upcoming role transition. We can provide a program description and invoice for your company.
